§ 54-2319 — PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY — CERTIFICATION BY ENDORSEMENT
An applicant who has a current and unrestricted license to practice psychology and a current and unrestricted certification of prescriptive authority from another state, or training from the United States department of defense demonstration project or other similar program developed and operated by any branch of the armed forces that imposes substantially equivalent educational and training requirements as those contained in this chapter and required by the board, upon payment of the required fees, compliance with section 54-2317 (1), Idaho Code, and the approval of the application, may be certified by endorsement pursuant to this chapter.
