Text
(1)An applicant for certification of prescriptive authority may be granted such certification by the board if the applicant possesses provisional certification of prescriptive authority and has successfully completed two (2) years of satisfactory prescribing as attested to by the supervising physician or physicians.
(2)An applicant for certification of prescriptive authority who seeks to prescribe for pediatric or geriatric patients shall have completed at least one (1) year of satisfactory prescribing to such patient populations as attested to by a supervising physician or supervising physicians with specialized training and experience in treating such patient populations.
(3)The board shall develop rules to effect the purposes of sections 54-2316 through 54-2319, Idaho Code. Such rule
