§ 54-2310 — VIOLATION AND PENALTY

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 23 PSYCHOLOGISTS
Any person who shall practice or attempt to offer to practice psychology, as defined in this act, without having at the time of so doing a valid, unexpired, unrevoked, and unsuspended license issued under this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment for not more than six (6) months or both for each violation.
