§ 54-2210 — QUALIFICATIONS FOR LICENSURE
To be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, a person must:
(1)Not have been convicted, found guilty, or received a withheld judgment or suspended sentence in this state or in any other state of a crime deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411 (1), Idaho Code; and
(2)Submit a completed written application to the board on forms furnished by the board which shall require proof of graduation from a nationally accredited school, with a curriculum acceptable to the board, for physical therapists or physical therapist assistants, and have completed the application process; and
(3)Have either passed to the satisfaction of the board, an examination authorized by the board to determine his or her fitness to practice as a physical therapist or ph
