§ 54-2209 — EXAMINATIONS
(1)The board shall authorize examinations and permit any applicant whose application for licensure has been accepted by the board to take the board approved examinations. The board shall determine the passing score for examinations. Examinations shall test for entry-level competence and requisite knowledge and skills in the technical application of physical therapy services.
(2)An applicant who fails an examination may retake an examination one (1) additional time without reapplication for licensure, provided that the second examination occurs within six (6) months from the notification of the first failure.
(3)The board shall have the authority to prescribe additional course work or clinical work for any applicant who has failed an examination two (2) or more times. An applicant applyi
