Text
The attorney general’s office of the state of Idaho shall represent the board and shall give opinions on all questions of law arising out of the administration of the laws which it shall administer, and to act for, and on behalf of the board in all actions brought for or against it under the provisions of this chapter, or as otherwise provided by law.
