Text

(1)Any person desiring a license to practice veterinary medicine in this state shall make written application to the board and bear the burden of substantiating to the board the license application requirements. To apply for a veterinary license, the applicant shall complete the application available from the board office, receive a passing score of at least ninety percent (90%) on the Idaho jurisprudence examination, submit the license application fee and first year’s license fee in the amount established in the board rules, and provide any additional information that the board may request.
(2)A completed application shall contain the applicant’s notarized signature and shall include the items set out in section 54-2107A or 54-2107B, Idaho Code. Such application shall include an attesta
