Text

(1)Certification. Each instructor certification issued by the commission shall be for a term of up to two (2) years and shall expire on the birthday of the certificate holder.
(2)Recertification.
(a)In order to be recertified, each instructor shall:
(i)Return a completed recertification application on a form provided by the commission, along with all necessary attachments and fees, to the commission office prior to the expiration date for commission approval;
(ii)Demonstrate the ability to adequately teach the course. The ability to adequately teach shall be determined by the commission based upon any or all of the following: 1. Evaluations received from students; 2. Direct observation of the instructor’s teaching performance by a commission representative; or 3. Review of the outline
