Text

Failure of a certified course provider to comply with the following duties and requirements shall be grounds for the commission to withdraw or cancel the provider’s certification for cause.

(1)Discrimination prohibited. Each certified course provider shall at all times be in compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations regarding all aspects of equal opportunity and protection of civil rights. No course provider shall engage in discriminatory practices, nor allow their course instructor, or method of delivery to violate laws prohibiting discrimination. Each course provider will fully comply with any requirements of the Americans with disabilities act regarding access to and delivery of its courses, including the provision of accessible facilities and reasonable accommodati
