An education council consisting of six (6) members, four (4) of whom are to be appointed by the Idaho real estate commission, plus one (1) commissioner and the commission’s executive director, may be established to act as an advisory group to the commission, and to perform functions as set forth in this chapter and in the council’s bylaws, which bylaws must be approved by the commission. The council shall recommend to the commission real estate education policy and course content quality for all education courses approved by the commission as meeting the education requirements of this chapter and its rules, and for such other courses or clinics deemed advisable by the commission for promoting higher standards of practice in the real estate business.
