Idaho Statutes
§ 54-1922 — ACT SUPERIOR TO ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT
Wherever any provisions of the existing laws of the state of Idaho are in conflict with the provisions of this act, the provisions of this act shall control and supersede all such laws.
