Text
(1)All contractors required by the provisions of this section to be licensed, shall be licensed for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months. License renewal shall be in accordance with the provisions of section 67-2614, Idaho Code.
(2)Application for renewal of a current license prior to its expiration date shall authorize operation as a contractor by such licensee until actual issuance of such renewal license for the ensuing twenty-four (24) months or until the final decision of the board is rendered in any proceeding. An applicant for renewal of a license issued under this chapter shall not be required to take any other or further examination to obtain such renewal license, provided that at the time of such application his license has not been suspended or permitted to
