Text
Prior to the expiration of the regular term of a member of the board or upon the occurrence of declaration of a vacancy in the membership of the board, the governor shall appoint a qualified person to fill the vacancy. The governor may consider recommendations for appointment to the board from the Idaho state pharmacy association and from any individual residing in this state.
