§ 54-1706 — STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY ESTABLISHED
There is hereby established in the division of occupational and professional licenses a state board of pharmacy that shall have all of the duties, powers, and authority specifically granted by and necessary to the enforcement of this chapter.
