Text
(1)The secretary of the board, or assistants thereto as may be designated by the board, shall receive and account for all moneys derived under the provisions of this chapter. All fees received by the board under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licenses fund, and all costs and expenses incurred by the board under the provisions of this chapter shall be a charge against and paid from the fund for such purposes.
(2)The secretary of the board shall be bonded to the state of Idaho in the time, form, and manner prescribed in chapter 8, title 59, Idaho Code.
(3)The administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses shall carry out the duties set forth in chapter 26, title 67, Idaho Code, and any othe
