§ 54-1203 — IDAHO BOARD OF LICENSURE OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AND PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS

There is hereby established in the division of occupational and professional licenses the Idaho board of licensure of professional engineers and professional land surveyors. It shall consist of seven (7) persons, appointed by the governor who may consider recommendations for appointment to the board from any organized and generally recognized state engineering society in this state, any organized and generally recognized state land surveying society in this state and from any individual residing in this state.
