Text
The division administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses shall have the following powers and duties under this act:
(1)To determine and pass upon the qualifications of applicants for all licenses under this act.
(2)To issue all licenses provided for under the provisions of this act.
(3)To annually renew licenses under this act.
(4)To collect all fees prescribed and required pursuant to this section.
(5)To conduct hearings and proceedings for the suspension or revocation of licenses and to suspend or revoke any license for any of the causes hereinafter defined and set forth under this act; provided, however, that the division administrator shall not revoke or suspend any license without first receiving written findings and recommendations from the board of m
