§ 44-1003 — DEFINITIONS OF TERMS USED

Idaho·Title 44 LABOR·Ch. 10 PUBLIC WORKS
Labor is hereby defined to be all services performed in the construction, repair, or maintenance of all state, county, municipal, and school work. A bona fide resident of Idaho is hereby declared to be a person, who, at the time of his said employment and immediately prior thereto, has resided in this state for not less than one (1) year.
