Text
(1)When applications for pardon or commutation are scheduled to be considered at a meeting of the commission, the executive director shall cause to be published in some newspaper of general circulation at Boise, Idaho, all notice required by the constitution of the state of Idaho immediately prior to the hearing. Such notices shall list the names of all persons making application for pardon or commutation, and a copy of such notice shall be provided to each prosecuting attorney of any county from which any such person was committed to the custody of the board.
(2)The commission may in its discretion consider but one (1) application for pardon or commutation from any one (1) person in any twelve (12) month period.
