Within two (2) business days after service of the writ and other documents as provided in section 11-703, Idaho Code, or if service is upon a financial institution, within one (1) business day, the sheriff shall hand deliver or mail to the judgment debtor and any third party named in the judgment creditor’s written directions as a co-owner or having an interest in the property or money to be levied upon, one (1) copy of all the documents and if the garnishee is a financial institution, the search fee and other information specified in section 11-703 (1), Idaho Code. The judgment creditor shall identify in the judgment creditor’s written directions the last known mailing address of the judgment debtor and any third party to be served.
