Text

(1)If property, or a part thereof, that could have been claimed as exempt, such as, a burial plot under subsection (1) of section 11-603, Idaho Code, a health aid under subsection (2) of section 11-603, Idaho Code, or personal property subject to a value limitation under paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection (1) or subsection (3) of section 11-605, Idaho Code, has been taken by condemnation, or has been lost, damaged, or destroyed, and the owner has been indemnified therefore, the individual is entitled to an exemption of proceeds that are traceable for three (3) months after the proceeds are received. The exemption of proceeds under this subsection does not entitle the individual to claim an aggregate exemption in excess of the value limitation otherwise allowable under section 11-605, Idah
