Text
When an attachment has been discharged, if the plaintiff then announces the plaintiff’s
purpose to appeal from such order of discharge, the plaintiff shall have two days in which
to perfect an appeal, and during that time such discharge shall not operate to divest any

perfected, shall operate as a supersedeas thereof.
