Text
Judgments, money, bank bills, and other things in action may be levied upon by the officer
under an attachment in the same manner as levies are made under execution, except that
noticeofsuchlevyshallbegivenasinleviesbyattachment, andafterjudgmentsuchproperty
shall be sold, appropriated, or transferred as provided for in the chapter on executions.
