Inanactionbroughtuponsuchbond,itshallbeasufficientdefensethatthepropertyforthe
delivery of which the bond was given did not, at the time of the levy, belong to the defendant
againstwhomtheattachmentwasissued,orwasexemptfromseizureundersuchattachment.
