Text
1.A person shall file a registration statement annually with the administrator before
conducting the business of issuing credit cards in this state, and annually thereafter on or
before January 31 of each year. The registration statement shall be in writing on a form
prescribed by the administrator, and contain the name and address of the registrant, the
name and address of a designated agent upon whom service of process may be made in this
state, and any other information the administrator deems relevant.

with a copy of the credit agreement and billing statement being used by the card issuer.
