Text
Every licensee shall annually, on or before December 1, submit a renewal application
on forms prescribed by the superintendent and pay to the superintendent the sum as
provided in section 536.2 as an annual license fee for the next succeeding calendar year.
The superintendent may assess a late fee of ten dollars per day, per license for renewal
applications received after December 1.
