Text
The superintendent of banking is hereby authorized to employ such competent help as the
superintendent deems necessary to carry out and perform the provisions of this chapter, and
is hereby authorized and empowered to pay such persons so employed from the license fees,
examination fees, and investigation fees referred to in section 536.2.
