Text
1.If a licensed portable electronics vendor or endorsee violates any provision of this
chapter or any other provision of this title, the commissioner may do any of the following:
a.After notice and hearing, suspend or revoke the license of the portable electronics
vendor.
b.After notice and hearing, impose penalties on the portable electronics vendor for its
conduct or that of its endorsees.
c.After notice and hearing, impose other penalties that the commissioner deems
necessary and convenient to carry out the purposes of this chapter, including suspending the
privilege of transacting portable electronics insurance pursuant to this chapter at specific
business locations of the portable electronics vendor where violations have occurred,
