Text
A portable electronics vendor that applies for a license and complies with the requirements
of this chapter shall be issued a portable electronics insurance license by the commissioner
that authorizes the licensee and the licensee’s endorsees to offer or sell portable electronics
insurance to a consumer in connection with, and incidental to, the sale of portable electronics
or the sale and provision of accessories or services related to the use of portable electronics.
