Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1.“Commissioner” means the commissioner of insurance.
2.“Navigator” means a public or private entity or an individual that is qualified and
licensed, if appropriate, to engage in the activities and meet the standards described in 45
C.F.R. §155.210.
