Text
1.An individual who applies for a nonresident license under this chapter and who was
previously a licensed adjuster in another state that required an examination that included
Iowa-specific statutes and administrative rules shall not be required to apply for examination
under section 522C.8.
2.An individual who relocates to this state and who was a licensed adjuster in another
state that required an examination that included Iowa-specific statutes and administrative
rules shall not be required to apply for examination under section 522C.8 if the individual
submits an application for a resident adjuster license under section 522C.5A within ninety
calendar days of establishing legal residency, and all of the following apply:
