The commissioner may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A as necessary to administer and enforce this chapter, which may include but are not limited to all of the following:
1.Advertising standards.
2.Continuing education requirements for licensees.
3.Contracts between public adjusters and insureds.
4.Required disclosures by licensees.

6.Exemptions.
7.License bonds, and errors and omissions insurance requirements.

13.Standards for reasonableness of payment.
14.Standards of conduct.
15.Penalties.
