Text
The principal office of such attorney shall be maintained at such place as is designated
by the subscribers in the power of attorney; provided that, where the principal office of such
attorneyislocatedinanotherstate, thecommissionerofinsuranceshallnotissueacertificate
of authority, or license, as provided in this chapter unless such attorney shall hold a license
or certificate of authority from the insurance department of such other state.
