Wheretheprincipalofficeoftheattorneyinfactislocatedinthisstatetheattorneyshallgive
afidelitybondtothesubscribersthereof, personalorsurety, insuchsumasthecommissioner
of insurance shall deem sufficient, no less, however, than ten thousand dollars, which bond
shall be approved by and deposited with the commissioner of insurance.
