Wheretheprincipalofficeoftheattorneyislocatedinanotherstate, thereshallbefiledwith
the commissioner of insurance, in connection with the declaration, provided for by section
520.4, certified copies of all such bonds given by such attorney as security for the funds of
subscribers.
