Whennototherwiseprovided, aforeignordomesticlifeinsurancecompanydoingbusiness in this state shall pay to the commissioner of insurance the following fees:
1.For filing an application to do business, or an application to renew a certificate of
authority, fifty dollars.
2.For issuing a certificate of authority to do business in this state, or for renewing a
certificate, fifty dollars.
3.For filing amended articles of incorporation, fifty dollars.
4.For issuing an amended certificate of authority, twenty-five dollars.
5.For affixing the official seal to any paper filed with the division, ten dollars.
