Text
Every company or association organized under the laws of any other state or country
and doing business in this state shall annually, by the first day of March, file with the
commissioner of insurance a statement of its affairs for the year terminating on the
thirty-first day of December preceding, in the same manner and form provided for similar
companies or associations organized in this state.
