§ 481A.16 — Taking by director for stocking and exchange

Text

The director may take from the public waters of the state, at any time and in any manner,
any fish for the purpose of propagating or restocking other waters, or exchanging with fish
and wildlife agencies of other states, the federal government, or private fish hatcheries.
