Text
1.As used in this section, “remote control or internet hunting” means use of a computer or
other electronic device, equipment, or software to remotely control the aiming or discharge
of a firearm or other weapon, allowing a person who is not physically present to take a wild
animal, agamebirdorungulatekeptonahuntingpreserveunderchapter484B,orapreserve
whitetail kept on a hunting preserve under chapter 484C.
2.A person shall not offer for sale, take, or assist in the taking of a wild animal, a game
bird or ungulate kept on a hunting preserve under chapter 484B, or a preserve whitetail kept
on a hunting preserve under chapter 484C, by remote control or internet hunting.
3.A person who violates this section is guilty of a serious misdemeanor. A second or
