Anyconductorofarailwaytraincarryingpassengersshallhavetherighttorefusetopermit
any person, not in the custody of an officer, to enter any passenger car on the train in the
conductor’s charge, who shall be in a state of intoxication; and shall have the further right
to eject from the train at any station, or at any regular stop, any person found in a state of
intoxication or disturbing the peace and for that purpose may call to the conductor’s aid any
employee of the railway.
