Text
A person who receives a warning memorandum for an all-terrain vehicle shall stop using
the all-terrain vehicle as soon as possible and shall not operate it on public streets, highways,
public lands, public ice, or designated riding trails of the state until the all-terrain vehicle is
in compliance.
