Text
1.The owner of a rented all-terrain vehicle shall keep a record of the name and address
of each person renting the all-terrain vehicle, its registration certificate, the departure date
and time, and the expected time of return. The records shall be preserved for six months.
2.The owner of an all-terrain vehicle operated for hire shall not permit the use or
operation of a rented all-terrain vehicle unless it has been provided with all equipment
required by this chapter or rules of the commission or the director of transportation, properly
installed and in good working order.
