Text

The livestock health advisory council shall do all of the following:

1.Electachairpersonandsuchotherofficersasitdeemsadvisable. Officersofthecouncil shall serve for terms of one year. A member shall not serve in any one office for more than two terms.
2.Meet as necessary at Iowa state university of science and technology. The council shall meet with the faculty of the college of veterinary medicine. The council may hold other such meetings as the council may determine necessary, or as required by section 267.6. An action taken by the council shall not be valid unless agreed to by a majority of the council members.
3.
a.By the beginning of each fiscal year, make recommendations to the college of veterinary medicine concerning the expenditure of moneys in the fund.
