Text
Child support services or the district court may enter an ex parte order for income
withholding when the obligor is paid by a lump sum income source. When a sole payment
is made or payment occurs at two-month or greater intervals, the withholding order may
include all current and delinquent support due through the current month, but shall not
exceed the amounts specified in 15 U.S.C. §1673(b).
