Text
1.Thecourtmayremoveaguardianforaminorforfailuretoperformguardianshipduties
or for other good cause shown.
2.The court shall conduct a hearing to determine whether a guardian should be removed
on the filing of a petition by a minor under guardianship who is fourteen years of age or
older, the parent of a minor, or other person with an interest in welfare of the minor if the
court determines that there are reasonable grounds for believing that removal is appropriate
based on the allegations stated in the petition.
