Text
Meetings shall be called by the chairperson or upon written request of any three council
members as necessary to carry out the duties of the council. The chairperson shall preside
at all meetings or in the absence of the chairperson the vice chairperson shall preside.
The members of the council shall be paid a per diem as specified in section 7E.6 and their
reasonable and necessary expenses.
