The department shall make reportable information and data publicly available in the
most cost-efficient manner including but not limited to through utilization of modernized,
interactive displays found on the department’s internet site. No later than January 1, 2027,
any information and data publicly available within a modernized, interactive display shall be
downloadable and contain the date and time of the download.
