Text
1.The department shall develop, implement, and administer a state health improvement
plan to identify health priorities, goals, and measurable objectives, and outline strategies to
improve health statewide.
2.Thestatehealthimprovementplanshallbedevelopedandupdatedincollaborationand
in coordination with other state departments, stakeholders, and statewide organizations the
department determines to be relevant.
3.The state health improvement plan may be updated by the department at the
department’s discretion.
