1.A person who uses or displays for use any commercial weighing and measuring device
§214.2, COMMERCIAL WEIGHING AND MEASURING DEVICES — MOTOR FUEL PUMPS 2
must be issued a license by the department for that device. The department shall issue the
license after inspecting the device.

a.Exceptasprovidedinparagraph“b”, alicenseissuedundersubsection1shallexpire
on December 31 of each year.
b.A license issued under subsection 1 for a motor fuel pump shall expire on June 30 of
each year.
