Text
1.Any person who manufactures, mixes, blends, mixes to customer’s order, offers for
sale, sells, or distributes any fertilizer or beneficial substance in this state must first obtain
a license issued by the secretary and pay a twenty dollar license fee for each place of
manufacture or distribution from which fertilizer or beneficial substance products are sold
or distributed in this state. The license shall expire on July 1 of the even-numbered year
following the date the license is issued. A license may be renewed for a two-year period as
provided by the department.
2.The licensee shall at all times produce an intimate and uniform mixture of fertilizers or
beneficial substances. When two or more fertilizer materials are delivered in the same load,
they shall be thoroughly and uniformly
